Andy Foster CIWFM is an experienced Facilities and Compliance professional with a career spanning over two decades in facilities management and operations. Currently serving as a Facilities and Compliance Officer at the University of Warwick Science Park since January 2023, Andy has also held significant roles at Hammerson as Service Delivery Manager and Building Services Manager for Bullring & Grand Central, where responsibilities included budget preparation and management of service contracts. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Lendlease, THORNFIELD PROPERTIES CHESTERFIELD LIMITED, and DONALDSONS LLP, focusing on service delivery, compliance, and property management in various retail environments. Andy’s education includes a BIFM Facilities Management qualification from Sandwell College.
