Previous positions at HammondCare include leadership roles in residential care and People Services, accumulating significant expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and compliance. Prior HR experience includes roles at the Law Society of NSW and Anglican Retirement Villages. Jacqui holds a Masters of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from Western Sydney University.
