Currently serving as Platform Manager at HammondCare since July 2016, Sarah has successfully led the organization through significant changes, notably implementing the Salesforce Home Health product and enhancing Dementia Services with AI. Previous roles include Business Systems Analyst and Salesforce Consultant, where Sarah delivered various Salesforce solutions and training. A long tenure at ChildFund Australia saw Sarah progress from Implementation Manager to Business Analyst, overseeing complex projects and stakeholder engagement. Sarah began the career in logistics and holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts in Dramatic Arts from Wesley Institute.
