Amaya began their career as a Junior Consultant at LowendalMasaï K.K., where they worked in a team of ESSEC students. Amaya then moved on to ESAT Ménilmontant, where they worked as a Commercial Assistant. Amaya then joined Danone as an HR Project Manager for a year. Following that, they became a Junior Consultant at Dynargie/Altedia for a brief period. Amaya then joined Oliver Wyman as an Engagement Manager, where they worked for five years. Currently, they hold multiple roles at Hana Group, including Group PMO, Strategic Initiatives & Product Management Director, and is currently serving as the Global Marketing & Strategic Initiatives Director.

From 2011 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business/Commerce, General at the same institution.
