Keith Bernard

Keith Bernard is an experienced professional in quality control and construction management with a focus on enhancing living conditions for property owners and managers. Currently serving as a Quality Control Inspector at HANAC since September 2014, Keith aims to address concerns related to high fuel bills by engaging directly with residents. Previously, Keith worked at the Community Environmental Center from November 1994 to July 2014, holding positions as Construction Manager and Construction Oversite Manager, where responsibilities included conducting audits using TREAT audit software and managing contractors to ensure timely project completion. Keith is currently pursuing a Nanodegree in Predictive Analytics for Business from Udacity, beginning in May 2022.
