Ian Snell is an experienced supervisor with a diverse background in field operations and safety management. Currently serving as Supervisor - Field at Hancock Prospecting since February 2024, Ian previously held senior roles at Genesis Minerals Limited and St Barbara Ltd, where responsibilities included managing personnel, training programs, project cost tracking, and compliance with safety standards. Ian's career began at RGC Exploration as a Senior Field Assistant and included significant experience in supervising field operations and establishing safety cultures at Sons of Gwalia.
