Gilbert Braunig

Gilbert Braunig, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Hancock Whitney since July 2018, Gilbert previously held the same title at Capital One from October 2008 to July 2018. Prior to this, Gilbert was a Fixed Income Analyst at Capital One Asset Management from January 2004 to September 2008 and an Officer at State Street Bank from 2000 to 2004, where responsibilities included US Government lending operations and due diligence for new securities lending programs. Gilbert holds a BS in Investments/Finance from Babson College, obtained between 1995 and 1999, and graduated from Caddo Magnet High School in 1995.
