Marta Fonda is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in technology management and product development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at Handshake since 2020, Marta has held progressive roles including Director Of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager within the company. Prior to this, Marta contributed to Joinedapp as an Engineering Manager, where the establishment of the first product engineering team took place, and previously worked at Billin Spain designing platform architecture. Marta co-founded Mindly, Inc. as CTO, overseeing a distributed team and managing product development, and has also held roles at Floqq, launching a successful online course marketplace. Early career experience includes a passenger service role at Iberia. Marta holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, along with web development training from Ironhack.
