Scott Hooker

Scott Hooker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in retail management and operations. Currently serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer at Scott and Ruth Dog Sitting Extraordinaire since January 2025, Scott previously held various senior roles at Hanesbrands Inc., including Sr. Regional Manager and Director of Owned Stores. Prior to this, Scott's tenure at Gymboree spanned from 2004 to 2017, where responsibilities included Vice President of Store Support and Sr. Director of Store Operations, overseeing a large portfolio of stores across multiple states. Earlier experience includes a decade at Gap Inc. in various managerial positions, managing significant sales volumes. Scott holds a BA in Clinical Psychology from San Francisco State University and has a strong foundation in clinical studies from UC San Diego.
