Marco Chan has a diverse work experience in the finance sector. Marco started their career at the International Finance Corporation as a Syndications Analyst from February 2015 to June 2016. Marco then joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority as a Manager in Market Development from July 2016 to December 2018. Marco later worked at ICBC (Asia) as an Associate Director in the Chinese Enterprises Finance division from November 2019 to June 2021. Currently, they hold a role as SVP in Sustainable Finance and Corporate Advisory at Hang Seng Bank starting from September 2021.
Marco Chan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Financial Economics from the University of Toronto. After that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Global Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, Marco has achieved the certification of completing the CFA Level 3 examination from the CFA Institute in June 2016.
