Mark Damberger has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Mark began their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Whinney in 1981. Mark then worked as a Corporate Accountant at Donn Corporation from 1985 to 1987. From 1987 to 1988, they served as a Controller at McMillan-Bloedel Containers. Mark continued their career as a Controller at Mansfield Foundry from 1989 to 1994 and at Ashland Castings from 1992 to 1995. In 1994, they were employed as a Controller at both Polyshapes Corporation and Global Film & Packaging. From 1988 to 1996, they worked as a Controller at Adelphia Incorporated. In 1996, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Cole Tool & Die Company, where they were responsible for all areas of accounting, human resources, and management information systems. Mark implemented new fully integrated accounting software. Finally, they joined Hanline Group in 2014 as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mark Damberger obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from David N. Myers University, completing their education from 1976 to 1980.
