Hanmi Pharm. Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of pharmaceuticals. Along with its subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through three segments. The Pharmaceuticals segment manufactures and sells tablets, capsules, injections, syrups, powders and raw materials which used in the treatment of hypertension, reflux esophagitis, influenza A and influenza B virus infections, hypertension and hyperlipidemia, among others. The Other segment is engaged in the materials processing. The Export segment is engaged in the export business of pharmaceuticals and technical output. The Company's main subsidiaries include HANMI FINE CHEMICAL CO., LTD, and Beijing Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co., LTD.
