Previously, as President of ESL Power Systems, Inc., Marcelo led significant revenue and EBITDA growth within a newly formed ESOP organization. Marcelo's tenure at DART Aerospace involved managing global operations while increasing profitability through new product offerings and Lean Manufacturing. At Cavotec, Marcelo played a pivotal role in organizational turnaround and revenue growth, holding various leadership positions.
