Claude Chèvre is a seasoned insurance and reinsurance executive with extensive experience across various regions and roles. Currently serving as a Member of the Executive Board at Hannover Re since November 2011, Claude previously held the position of Head of Life for Asia, Spain, Portugal, and Latin America at PartnerRe from 2008 to October 2011. Prior to that, Claude worked as an Engagement Manager at Winterthur Insurance from 2005 to 2007 and spent several years at Swiss Reinsurance Company in various leadership roles from 1998 to 2005, including Head of Program Office and Head of Life & Health in Spain. Claude began a professional career as a Marketing Actuary at Union Re from 1995 to 1998. Educationally, Claude holds a graduate degree in Mathematics from EPFL, completed between 1989 and 1994.
