Charmaine Candava

Charmaine Candava is a seasoned tech lead with significant experience in user experience design and development. Currently serving as Tech Lead and Lead UX & Developer at Hanpoom since July 2019, Charmaine excels in aligning product development with business needs, leading sprint planning, and ensuring technical feasibility across UI and UX designs. Prior to this role, Charmaine was the Lead UI Designer at Mercola.com from 2012 to 2019, where responsibilities included leading website redesigns, implementing A/B tests, and collaborating with global teams on web projects. Educationally, Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
