Markus Goos has extensive experience in sales and account management within the Hansgrohe Group, having held various key positions since October 2007, including Key Account Management eCommerce and New Business, Head of Sales Global DIY, and Head of Key Account Management / Channel Management DIY. Previous roles also include Project Lead for Sales and Pricing Processes and Team Lead in Sales Controlling and Customer Service for Global Projects. Prior to joining Hansgrohe, Markus completed an international assignment in Finance and Controlling with Hansgrohe North America. Markus holds a Process-Consultant degree from the University of Augsburg, an Expert Sales Programme qualification from the University of St.Gallen, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
