Nicholas Yang

Nic is an Associate in the Litigation and Insurance Recovery sections.

Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Nic was a litigation associate at a firm representing various insurance companies and another firm where he litigated business, real estate, and personal injury matters. His experience includes conducting and defending depositions, preparing pleadings, mediation briefs, discovery requests/responses, and pre-trial motions for litigation cases in multiple states. He is also skilled in handling various motions, oppositions, and replies including demurrers, preliminary injunctions, and ex-parte motions, among others.

He works closely with his clients to analyze, develop, and implement litigation strategies to achieve the best possible outcome.

Nic has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine.
