Job Description and Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Head of Institutional Sales for Hantec Prime, which serves as the institutional arm of Hantec Markets.

Job mission: The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Hantec Prime's growth in the institutional market by developing and executing a strategic plan to increase revenue and expand market share. This involves performing high-impact sales functions to identify, engage, and convert potential institutional business opportunities. The candidate will build and nurture relationships with key institutional clients, including brokers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions, ensuring sustained engagement and value. A strong focus will be on achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets to advance Hantec Prime’s competitive position. Additionally, the candidate will establish and lead an institutional sales team, managing budgets and resources to maximize effectiveness. As a representative of Hantec Prime, the candidate will embody the brand as an ambassador, both internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Determine the methods by which to target institutional business

  • Optimise the corporate account lifecycle (inc. tech setup) from registration to trade

  • Initiate contact with outbound institutional leads and proactive handling of inbound enquiries

  • Fully utilise CRM to manage relationship with institutional leads and existing institutional clients

  • Collaborate with other departments within the brokerage, including marketing, IT, and operations, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and service delivery

  • Lead and manage institutional sales team to maximise sustainable volume growth

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Conduct and attend institutional sales events to grow the Hantec brand and meet potential clients
