Aleksandra Shustrova

Aleksandra Shustrova is an experienced ERP System Administrator at HANZA Group since February 2022, previously serving as an ERP Program Manager and Head of Supply and Logistics Department at AXIS Tech from July 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, Aleksandra held the position of Purchase Manager at HANZA Group from January 2018 to June 2020. Aleksandra began the professional journey at TPC Narva OÜ, where roles included Site Manager, Finance and Administrative Manager, and Manager of the Logistic Department from October 2007 to January 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Organization and Management of Production from the Institute of Economics and Management (2006-2010). Additional studies were pursued at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
