Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Hapco Pole Products since December 2022, Hardy has previously held significant roles including Chief Sales Officer and CEO and Board Advisor at Alpine Growth Strategy, LLC from December 2021 to January 2023, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Xpress Global Systems from June 2019 to December 2021. Hardy's career also includes leadership positions at Ceramaspeed and Robertshaw, where responsibilities encompassed global sales strategy and product management. An educational background in Economics and Spanish from The University of the South further complements Hardy's professional expertise.
