Nora Lazić has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nora recently joined Happening as the Lead Talent Partner in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Technology Recruiter at Axilis from August 2021 to May 2023. Nora also gained valuable experience at Infobip, where they first served as a People Operations Intern in July 2018, then progressed to the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist from September 2018 to August 2021. Before that, they worked at Adecco as a General Recruiter from January 2018 to July 2018, and as a Recruitment Assistant from April 2017 to January 2018. Nora's earliest role was as an HR Project Assistant at Konzum Akademija from October 2016 to December 2016.
Nora Lazić obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. Nora pursued their education in this field from 2012 to 2019.
