Santhosh R is an accomplished professional in the EdTech domain with extensive experience in product engineering and marketing. Currently serving as Associate Director of EdTech Product Engineering Services at Happiest Minds Technologies since June 2022, Santhosh is responsible for leading Pre-Sales and Domain Consulting functions and formulating the go-to-market strategy for the EdTech vertical. Prior to this, Santhosh held the position of Business Head - Learning Solutions at Edutech, where responsibilities included revenue management, client acquisition, marketing strategy execution, and team mentoring. Previous roles at Sify Technologies, Ramco Systems, Next PC India, and Eagle Consulting contributed to a diverse skill set in marketing, sales, and product development. Santhosh holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Business School and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras.
