Sharmila Vivek

Sharmila Vivek is a seasoned professional in the healthcare and insurance domain with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Happiest Minds Technologies since February 2022, Sharmila has previously held significant roles including Business Manager at IBM India and Senior Project Manager at EVRY India, where expertise in project management was further demonstrated. Earlier positions include Project Lead in the insurance sector and Senior Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies. Sharmila began the career at EximSoft Technologies as a Software Trainee and participated in a student internship program at SPAN Systems Corporation. An alumnus of Visvesvaraya Technological University, Sharmila earned a BE in Computer Science, complemented by foundational education at St Theresa's High School in Bangalore.
