Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Center Head at Happiest Minds Technologies since February 2021, Vivek previously held the position of Delivery Head at Pimcore Global Services, where responsibilities included developing a global project delivery strategy and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Head of Delivery for Enterprise Services at Iris Software Inc., Vice President of Delivery at OSSCube, and Associate Vice President at GlobalLogic, focusing on operational efficiency and technology innovation.
