Stacey Alexander is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and client services within the employment sector. Currently serving as a Facilitator and Junior Project Manager at BPESA since June 2022, Stacey is leading a significant Cross Skilling Project valued at R8 million, successfully placing 410 youth from the Hospitality and Tourism Industry into the GBS Sector. Additionally, as a Client Services Manager at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator since October 2016, Stacey manages relationships with private sector employers and elevates candidates' potential, coaching over 80 individuals weekly. Previous roles include Learning and Development Specialist at Harambee, focusing on training needs assessment and program development. Stacey holds a National Diploma in Occupationally-Directed Education, Training, and Development Practices from Very Cool Ideas and a Train the Trainer qualification from AstroTech.
