James Dameron's work experience begins in 2009 as an Electrical Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where they performed design and analysis of permanent magnet machines for propulsion applications. James utilized software packages such as ANSYS Maxwell and Magsoft Flux2D for 2-dimensional finite element analysis and conducted 3-dimensional finite element analysis using electromangetic finite element software.
