Diana Podgorny has had a diverse and impressive work experience. Diana currently holds the position of EVP, General Counsel and Secretary at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., a role they have been in since 2017. Prior to this, they held several senior leadership roles within the legal department, including Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Before joining Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., Diana served as Vice President and Counsel at AMG Funds from 2016 to 2017 and at Aston Asset Management from 2010 to 2016. Diana began their legal career as a Corporate & Securities Attorney at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in 2010 and also worked as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2008. Diana gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern in the Legal Department at Nicor Gas in 2007. Diana started their career as an Analyst and Project Coordinator at Grossman & Associates, Inc. from 2002 to 2006.
Diana Podgorny obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago in 1998-2002. Diana then went on to pursue a J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law from 2006-2009.
