Meredyth Whitford-Schultz is currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Meredyth held the position of Senior Counsel for Mutual Funds/ETFs at Western & Southern Financial Group / Touchstone Investments from April 2015 to October 2023, where responsibilities included serving as senior in-house general counsel and Chief Legal Officer to the Touchstone Funds. Prior to that, Meredyth was an associate in the Investment Management practice group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from September 2008 to March 2015, and also had prior experience as a legal intern at Alkermes and as a litigation support intern at Ropes & Gray LLP. Meredyth began a career in law as an immigration paralegal at Ogletree Deakins. Meredyth earned a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
