Patrick Cavanaugh

Patrick Cavanaugh's work experience includes a role as an RPA Developer II at Harbor Compliance since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tribune Content Agency from 2016 to 2021, where they served as a Manager of Structured Content (RPA) and a Content Specialist (RPA). In these roles, they managed daily workflow, developed and maintained bot templates, and designed pre-screen testing. Patrick also developed, upgraded, and maintained content harvesting tools using robotic process automation, as well as monitored delivery channels and troubleshooted content gathering and delivery problems. Before joining Tribune Content Agency, Patrick worked at Groupon from 2012 to 2016, where they were a Site Editor and a Deal Qualifier. In these positions, they wrote and edited deal page and voucher text for recognized brands, addressed sales and account management requests, and coordinated copy for deal approval. Patrick also worked cross-functionally with Risk Management and Customer Service. Prior to Groupon, Patrick worked at ChaCha as a Guide from 2008 to 2012 and at South Chicago Packing Co. as a Purchaser from 2006 to 2012. In their role as a Purchaser, they oversaw the purchasing of various items, evaluated machinery replacements, and maintained inventory counts.

Patrick Cavanaugh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Entertainment and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago in 2011. In November 2021, they obtained certification as an Automate Plus/Ultimate Certified Workflow Developer from HelpSystems.
