Demaris Goffigan

Demaris Goffigan is an experienced property and collections manager with a diverse background in the real estate and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Floating Property Manager at Harbor Group Management Co., LLC since August 2017, Demaris oversees acquisition and disposition projects while ensuring operational excellence and financial goal attainment. Demonstrating extensive expertise at AvalonBay Communities since November 2011, Demaris has held various positions, including Supervisor and Prior Resident Manager, focusing on customer satisfaction, training, performance evaluations, and community program management. Prior to this, Demaris worked in collections roles at HSBC and NCO Financial Systems, demonstrating a consistent record of top performance and accolades. Academically, Demaris holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Buying Operations from Old Dominion University and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College.
