Previously, Christopher held various key HR roles at PennyMac Financial Services, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and James Hardie Building Products, among others, where responsibilities included developing people strategies, managing employee relations, and overseeing talent acquisition. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Compliance from Wake Forest University School of Law, and an MA in Labor & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by an Executive Program from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
