Justine Dykes is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in retail and sales management. Working at Harding since May 2016, Justine has served as Vice President Operations and Senior District Manager, demonstrating skills in driving sales, surpassing targets, managing diversity, and coaching teams. Prior experience includes a role as Travel Retail Sales Manager at Starboard Cruise Services from 1993 to January 2014, where Justine excelled in performance monitoring, visual merchandising, and loss prevention strategy. Justine also held positions as a Merchandising Assistant at JCPenney and a Computer Processor at Danish Bacon PLC, contributing to customer service and order processing respectively. Education was completed at St Peters High School from 1981 to 1985.
