Richard began their career in 2004 as a Divisional Retail Manager and Regional General Manager at Carphone Warehouse, where they were responsible for multiple stores and employees. Richard later worked as the Head of People Development at Carphone Warehouse, overseeing training, learning, performance management, and talent development. Priddle also held positions such as HR Director at Phone House Sverige, Retail HR Director at Connected World Services, and Head of HR - UK & Ireland at Accolade Wines. Richard has expertise in areas such as HR project management, merger integration, performance optimization, and employee engagement. Priddle also owned and operated their own HR solutions company, providing freelance interim, contract, and consultancy work. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Harding+, where they are responsible for building and delivering the operational and people strategies for the company.

Richard Priddle received a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from The University of Sheffield, from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained a Level 7 certification in Employment Law from CIPD Qualifications in 2017.
