Val Luekens is an experienced analyst and consultant with a robust background in performance analysis and support solutions. Currently serving as an ADL Analyst at SNAP, Inc. since August 2018, Val also holds a long-term role as a Performance Analyst at Harkcon, Inc. since May 2011, where efforts have focused on front-end and strategic analyses to create cost-effective performance support solutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Performance Consultant and Director of Learning at Nelson Human Resource Services from July 1997 to May 1999. Val possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economic and Cultural Affairs from Valparaiso University and a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Utah.
