Patrick Cronin has had extensive experience in the lacrosse industry, with notable roles at Harlem Lacrosse and MetroLacrosse, Inc. At Harlem Lacrosse, they have held the positions of Executive Director, Managing Director, and Director of Community Programs. Patrick'stenure at Harlem Lacrosse began in 2018, and they are currently serving as the Executive Director. Prior to joining Harlem Lacrosse, Patrick worked at MetroLacrosse, Inc., where they held the positions of Managing Director, Operations Manager, and Program Manager from 2013 to 2018.
Patrick Cronin earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Tufts University’s Tisch College of Civic Life in 2018. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Philosophy at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from 2009 to 2013. Patrick completed their high school education at Boston Latin School from 2005 to 2009.

Harlem Lacrosse is a school-based non-profit organization that changes the life trajectories of youth through daily wrap-around academic support, mentoring, leadership training, college readiness career exploration, admissions counseling and lacrosse instruction. Our Program Directors maintain a daily presence in the schools and in the lives of the students we serve in order to build their confidence and activate the skill sets to help them reach their full personal potential.
