Christine Walkowicz has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Associate Superintendent at Harlem Village Academies since June 2015, where previous roles included Principal, Instructional Coach, and Mathematics Teacher. As a founding 3rd and 4th Grade Math Teacher, Christine achieved remarkable results, with 97% and 94% of students scoring Proficient on the NYS Mathematics Test, respectively. Prior experiences include Assistant Director at Spirit Sports Camp and Elementary School Teacher at ARISE Academy, leading mathematics instruction. Christine also served as a 2011 Corps Member with Teach for America in Greater New Orleans. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy & Management from Providence College.
