Aaron Larson

Aaron Larson is an experienced professional in product development and engineering, currently serving as a Sr. Product Development Program Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since November 2017. With a strong background in project management, communication, and leadership, Aaron has led the Powertrain product development team to success. Previous roles include Business Process Lead in PLM at Harley-Davidson, Concept Design Engineer at Moog Space and Defense Group, and Technology Team Leader at Caterpillar, Inc., where Aaron managed system integrations and improved engineering processes. Aaron's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Leadership from Wisconsin Lutheran College and an A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Waukesha County Technical College.
