John Bezak

John Bezak is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company since February 2019, John previously held multiple positions at Ford Motor Company from January 2012 to November 2018, including Lead Manufacturing Engineer for the Ford F-150 and Lead Launch Manufacturing Engineer for the Ford Super Duty at the Kentucky Truck Plant. John demonstrated a proven track record in managing budgets, implementing new tooling and equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project launches. John began the engineering career as a co-op intern at Lavelle Industries, where skills in lean manufacturing principles and process engineering were developed. John holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, obtained in 2011.
