Paul Sterngold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance across the technology and gaming industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Service & Regional Quality at HARMAN International since November 2016, Sterngold has previously held senior roles at notable companies including Sonos, where leadership in Test Engineering helped shape the wireless home streaming audio market. Experience includes directing software quality assurance at Turbine for Warner Bros’ videogames and leading QA and customer support teams at Activision Blizzard, THQ, and Midway Games. Sterngold's journey began at Lucent Technologies, where expertise in training on complex telecommunications products was developed. Educational credentials include a BA in Classical Studies from the University of Michigan and further studies at UCLA.
