Jeff Jansen has held various roles throughout their career. From 2023-present, they have worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Harmon. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Director of Operations at Koozie Group from 2020-2023. Before that, they were the Site Director at BIC Graphic North America from 2019-2020. From 2018-2019, Jeff worked at Klöckner Pentaplast as a Site Manager and Lean Master of Americas. Jeff then moved on to Berry Global, Inc. where they held roles as the Manufacturing Manager from 2017-2018 and the Director of Business Excellence from 2015-2017. Jeff began their career at Caterpillar Logistics Services, Inc. as a Lean/6 Sigma Black Belt from 2011-2015. Prior to that, they worked at Caterpillar Inc. in various roles including Supply Chain Engineer from 2009-2011, Operations Supervisor from 2008-2009, and Manufacturing Engineer from 2007-2008.

Jeff Jansen attended the University of Michigan from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering. Their field of study during this time was focused on Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. In terms of additional certifications, Jeff completed the Berry Global Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt Certification in August 2017 from Berry Global, Inc. Jeff also obtained the Caterpillar DMAIC Black Belt Certification in June 2012 from Caterpillar Inc.
