Mike Silin

Mike Silin is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and broadcasting industry, currently serving as a Senior System Integration and Testing Engineer at Harmonic since January 2019. Previously, Mike held the position of Chief Technician at Rostelecom from April 2013 to May 2018, where responsibilities included research and development of IPTV solutions, configuring head-end stations, and supporting sales activities. Earlier experience includes serving as a System Engineer at KonturM from August 2011 to April 2013, focusing on the installation and configuration of DVB-systems and managing third-party equipment installations. Mike's career began at Mostelekom and Rikor as an engineer, following the completion of an Engineer's degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics in 2009.
