Taylor Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Touchstone Medical Imaging, LLC in 2008. They then worked as a Summer Associate at Bean Partners in 2010, where they were involved in financial modeling, client communication, and research projects. In 2011, Taylor co-founded Barefoot Benefit and served as the Chief Logistics Officer.
From 2011 to 2014, they joined HCA Healthcare as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects. They then joined RCCH HealthCare Partners as an Operations and Development Analyst from 2014 to 2016.
In 2016, Taylor became a Senior Healthcare Strategist at Stratasan, where they led strategic positioning initiatives, created slide decks for hospital planning, and identified new product and expansion opportunities.
From 2017 to 2021, they worked at myNEXUS® in multiple roles, including Vice President of Product & Strategy, Vice President of Enterprise Operations, and Director of Special Projects.
In 2021, they joined Monogram Health as the Vice President of Product. Currently, Taylor is working at HarmonyCares, where they hold the position of Vice President & Chief of Staff. In 2023, they will transition to the role of Senior Vice President of Operations.
Taylor Smith completed a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain Management and International Business from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. The period of study was from 2007 to 2011.
