Gurashish Brar

Gurashish Brar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as the Head of Engineering AI QA Assistant at Harness since August 2024. Prior to this role, Gurashish held the position of Chief Technology Officer at RelicX.ai, a top-tier VC funded AI DevOps startup, and worked as a Principal Engineer at Rubrik, Inc., focusing on data governance and observability platforms. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Opas AI, Gurashish utilized Big Data and neural networks to automate infrastructure before the company's acquisition by Rubrik. Previous roles include leading the Bloomreach Infrastructure team and significant contributions to Microsoft in the design of Outlook and Office delivery technologies. Gurashish holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
