Mara Martin

Mara Martin is an experienced executive assistant and program manager with a demonstrated history of working in various sectors, including technology and civic engagement. Currently, Mara serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Harness, starting in November 2022. Prior to this role, Mara worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Traceable until the company's merger with Harness in March 2025. With a background that includes positions as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Unity Technologies and various program management roles at AppDynamics, Rothy's, and Sister District Project, Mara has developed strong skills in project management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Noteworthy accomplishments include launching the Global Mobility Program at AppDynamics and curating an onboarding experience for over 500 new hires. Mara holds a B.S. in Marketing Communications from Emerson College.
