Payton Guthrie

Payton Guthrie is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across several companies. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Harness since July 2025, Payton has previously held significant positions such as Director of Strategic Enterprise Acquisitions at MongoDB, Director of Enterprise Sales at both Veza and PagerDuty, and Account Executive at xMatters, inc. Payton began the career as Account Manager at Eli Lilly and Company and founded a consulting firm, Sales Consulting, where Payton served as CEO. Payton holds a degree in Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
