Candice Maldonado has over 19 years of experience in the apparel industry. Candice began their career in 2002 as an Associate Product Manager/Assistant Buyer at Lord & Taylor. In 2005, they joined Liz Claiborne Accessories as a Product Development Engineer, European Handbag brands. Candice then moved to BCBG Max Azria as a Buyer, Accessories/Footwear/Jewelry in 2007. Also in 2007, they joined bebe stores as a Merchant/Buyer, Accessories. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Lucky Brand in various roles, including Director, Product Development & Global Sourcing, Accessories, Sr. Manager, Product Development & Global Sourcing, Accessories and Sr. Product Development Engineer, Accessories. In 2016, they joined L Brands as Director, Production & Sourcing-Victoria's Secret. Most recently, they were appointed as VP, Product Development & Production at Harper Wilde in 2021.

We streamline the purchasing experience by simplifying the number of options from 200+ at our competitors, to just 5 core proprietary styles, and by offering seamless online shopping. Our purposeful designs and curated options not only make things easier for customers, but also allow us to save money in production costs and pass those savings onto our customers. In this way, we empower women by providing them with more fairly-priced products, at nearly half of what competitors charge. Finally, a percentage of every bra purchase will be donated to help put girls through school - further building on our mission to empower women. Together, we can lift your ladies AND the future leading ladies.
