Isabelle Chafkin has over 6 years of professional experience. Isabelle is currently the VP of Operations & Finance at Harper Wilde and Director of Finance and Strategy at Venice Brands, both positions they have held since 2019. From 2017-2019 they were the Director of Merchandising at Parachute Home. In 2016, they held an MBA Intern position at SENREVE and an MBA Summer Merchandising Intern position at Reformation, where they conceived and executed new reporting systems, designed and built new workflow to automate visual sales reporting, conducted analysis of customer and product factors driving high returns, and created a roadmap for an in-house product database. From 2013-2016, they were the Co-Founder, Designer, and Creative Direction at Kuu Collections LLC, where they built the brand from the ground up and earned ten wholesale accounts, including a collection for Urban Outfitters.
Isabelle Chafkin received a Bachelor's Degree from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

We streamline the purchasing experience by simplifying the number of options from 200+ at our competitors, to just 5 core proprietary styles, and by offering seamless online shopping. Our purposeful designs and curated options not only make things easier for customers, but also allow us to save money in production costs and pass those savings onto our customers. In this way, we empower women by providing them with more fairly-priced products, at nearly half of what competitors charge. Finally, a percentage of every bra purchase will be donated to help put girls through school - further building on our mission to empower women.
