Tushar Nair

Tushar Nair is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and digital transformation across the financial and insurance sectors. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Harper since August 2024, Tushar focuses on innovating within the commercial insurance space, particularly in E&S lines. Prior to this, Tushar co-founded CaliberX, where the development of next-generation infrastructure for alternative investments was a primary focus. Tushar's notable tenure at Goldman Sachs included roles as Vice President and Software Engineering Manager, where Tushar led digital transformation initiatives in private wealth management and institutional asset management, managing teams and driving the development of critical APIs and client onboarding systems. Tushar also held positions at Harry's, Inc., contributing to a comprehensive CPG platform, and began the career with a strong foundation in commodities trading systems. Tushar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and has participated in Y Combinator's startup program.
