James Nicholson

James Nicholson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James'smost recent role was as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Harris Williams, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) as a Data Analyst - Research from April 2020 to September 2022. In this role, they spearheaded data flow improvement, collected and analyzed structured and unstructured data for business initiatives using Python Scripts and other tools.

Before UNOS, James served as a Senior Analyst - Talent Acquisitions at CarMax from August 2019 to March 2020. James successfully managed a hiring program and implemented various internal brand engagement activities. James also monitored the effectiveness of media and managed the talent acquisition budget.
