Brenda Devlin, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership roles within various companies. Brenda is currently the Executive Vice President of Operational Services at Harris, where they oversee multiple teams and focuses on aligning business initiatives with strategy and culture. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President of Human Capital + Business Support and the Senior Vice President of Human Capital + Business Support at Harris, where they provided consultation to executive and business unit leadership. Brenda Devlin, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources and International Business from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and Spanish from The University of Kansas in 1995. Additionally, Brenda has pursued further education in Labor and Industrial Relations at the Cornell University ILR School and has completed a Project Management course at the University of St. Thomas. Brenda also holds certifications such as Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of St. Thomas, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Governance Leadership Fellow from the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from WorldatWork, SHRM-SCP from SHRM, and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
